Nareerat Boonchai - General Project Leader

(Ph.D. Paleontology and Stratigraphy, Jilin University), Specialzing in dicotyledounous fossil wood  National Research Institute of Petrified Wood & Mineral Resources, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University and the primary overseer of the Tak projects (fossil conservation project in BPFP, future Tak Geopark project, biodiversity project). Dr. Nareerat has requested this biodiversity research be done for Bantak Petrified Forest Park (BPFP) in order to gather needed information to assist in the future goal of establishing BPFP and other affiliated geosites of the area as a global Geopark.
